Terms and Conditions

1. Booking

• Bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information given.
• A booking is confirmed when the booking page shows your reference number and the confirmation email is sent. All sessions in a booking use the same time slot.
• Each program has a minimum number of sessions, shown on the booking page (for example, at least 5 online sessions, or 20 face-to-face sessions for most tutorials). Fixed enrollments, such as a month of Nursery class, cover the stated number of class days.
• Branches and online teachers serve the areas listed on the booking page. We may decline or move a booking that is outside a branch’s service area.
• Schedules depend on teacher availability. If we must change a teacher or time, we will contact you first.

2. Fees and payment

• Prices are shown on our website and booking page. Some branches have their own rates, and some programs are confirmed by the center.
• Pay at the branch or follow the payment instructions on the booking page, then upload your receipt. Sessions may be held until payment is confirmed.
• Learning materials, books, uniforms, meals and late pick-up fees are not included unless stated.
• Official receipts are issued as required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

3. Attendance, rescheduling and cancellations

Please arrive on time; late arrival does not extend the session. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy. If a teacher cannot attend, we will reschedule the session at no cost.

4. Online lessons

• Online lessons use Google Meet. The link is sent by email when you book.
• You are responsible for a working device and internet connection. Time lost to connection problems on the learner’s side cannot be added to the session.
• A parent or guardian should be nearby for young learners. Lessons may not be recorded without the teacher’s consent.

5. SPED / SNED tutorial

Activities depend on the developmental pediatrician’s assessment. Parents must present the latest diagnosis directly to the center before lessons begin.

6. KieAn Kiddie Care

• Children are released only to the parent or guardian or to persons on the authorized pick-up list.
• Late pick-up is charged after the agreed schedule, as shown on the rate card.
• Meals and snacks are not included.
• For the safety of other children, we may ask that a child who is unwell stay home.

7. Health, safety and conduct

• Please tell us about allergies, health conditions and emergency contacts using our consent form.
• In an emergency, staff will contact you and, if needed, seek medical help for your child.
• We expect respectful behaviour from learners, parents and staff. We may end services after repeated serious misconduct, with any refund handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Website, images and materials

The KieAn name, logo, text, photos and other images on this website are © KieAn Tutorial Center and may not be copied, reused or edited without written permission. Learning materials given to your child are for your family’s personal use only.

9. Our responsibility

We teach and care for every child with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, or outages of Google services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other Philippine laws.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and bookings already confirmed keep the terms that applied when you booked. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
