Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Rescheduling

• You may move a session to another available time if you tell us at least 24 hours before it starts.
• Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice are counted as used.
• If KieAn or the teacher cancels a session, we will reschedule it at no cost, or refund that session if no suitable time is available.

2. Cancelling before lessons start

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the first session, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the first session may have the first session counted as used.

3. After lessons start

• Session packages are priced per package. After the first session, unused sessions may be rescheduled within the package period but are not refundable, except as stated in this policy.
• If a learner cannot continue because of illness or relocation, we will review a request to refund unused sessions. We may ask for a medical certificate or proof of relocation.
• Monthly enrollments (such as Nursery class) and Kiddie Care monthly packages are refundable only if cancelled before the first class day.

4. KieAn Kiddie Care

• Day, night and walk-in care booked for a date may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
• Late pick-up fees and add-ons already used are not refundable.

5. Educational tours and events

Full payment is required to reserve a seat. Payments for tours and events are not refundable unless KieAn cancels or reschedules the event and you cannot attend the new date.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned within 7 to 14 working days, using the original payment method where possible, or in cash at the branch with an acknowledgement receipt.

7. Your rights

This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). See also our Terms and Conditions.
