Booking
How do I book sessions?
Open the booking page, tell us where you live, choose online or face to face, a program, a branch and a teacher, then pick your dates and one time that works for all of them. You will see your booking reference and receive an email with the full schedule.
How many sessions do I need to book?
Online tutorials need at least 5 sessions. Most face-to-face tutorials and classes are booked in sets of 20 sessions. Nursery is a monthly enrollment of 20 class days, and Kiddie Care can be booked by the day, by the visit or as a monthly package.
Which areas do you serve?
Our branches serve families in Cavite, Laguna, Metro Manila, Batangas and other Luzon areas. Choose your city or town on the booking page to see the branches and online teachers that serve your area.
Can I choose my child’s teacher?
Yes. The booking page lists the teachers available for your program and area, with a short introduction for each.
How do I pay?
Pay at the branch or follow the payment instructions on the booking page, then upload your receipt. The center may confirm fees for some programs.
Programs and lessons
How long is each session?
Face-to-face tutorials and Toddler Playgroup run for 60 minutes and Nursery classes for 90 minutes. Online tutorials are 50-minute lessons with a 10-minute break before the next lesson.
What grades do you teach?
Tutorials cover Nursery to Grade 6. Toddler Playgroup is for ages 2 to 3, Nursery 1 for age 3 and Nursery 2 for age 4 by October 31, and Kiddie Care is for children aged 1 and above.
Do you offer SPED tutorial?
Yes. Activities depend on the developmental pediatrician’s assessment, so please present the latest diagnosis directly to the center before lessons begin.
How do online lessons work?
Online lessons use Google Meet. After booking you receive a Google Calendar invitation with the Meet link. Please make sure your child has a working device, a stable internet connection and an adult nearby.
Kiddie Care
What are the Kiddie Care hours?
Daytime care at our South Square branch runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. KieAn Kiddie Care offers day stays, night stays and walk-in care, for regular or special needs children, by the day or as a monthly package. See the rates on our homepage.
What do I need to know before my child’s first day?
Meals and snacks are not included, an authorized pick-up list is required, and late pick-up is charged after the agreed schedule. Please complete our consent form.
Policies
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes, with at least 24 hours’ notice. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
How do you protect my family’s information?
We use your details only to schedule and run lessons and never sell them. Read our Privacy Policy.
