How booking details are used
KieAn uses the parent’s contact details, learner’s first name, grade and learning request to arrange these lessons. Booking records are stored on the center’s booking server, and scheduling details are shared with the assigned teacher through Google Calendar and email, together with any files and payment receipt you upload. Every booking emails you the full schedule; online bookings also send one Google Calendar invitation from KieAn with a Google Meet link. Contact the center through its Facebook page to request a correction or deletion.
